You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental time. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the booking becomes non-refundable. In case of bad weather (rain), you can reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.

Karlín is just a few minutes from the city center. You can walk along the river in about 20 minutes, take a tram (around 5–10 minutes), or use the metro. The nearest stop is Křižíkova (metro line B), just a 2-minute walk from the pickup point.
