2. Booking Process

Choose your preferred Vespa model and rental date.

Pay 100% of the total price online by card at the time of booking.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all important details.
3. Pickup and Return
Pickup location : Za Karlínským přístavem 8, Karlín, Prague
GPS: 50.095996 ° N, 14.450241 ° E
Standard pickup time: 10:00 (earlier possible by prior arrangement).
Return at the same location, flexibly, no later than 20:00.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. In this case, 75% of the total booking price will be refunded.
6. Responsibility and Use

The driver must hold a valid license for scooters up to 125cc.

The Vespa must be used in accordance with Czech traffic laws.

In case of damage due to negligence or misuse, the customer may be charged for compensation

Helmets must be worn while riding.
7. Provider Liability
Kolobar s.r.o. is not liable for injuries, accidents, fines, or legal consequences resulting from client behavior or traffic violations.
8. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by Czech law.

By making a reservation, the client agrees to these terms.

The customer acknowledges that if the service (scooter rental) is provided before the expiration of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
